KN KNIVES wasn't created overnight. Long before the company was established in 2018, founder Kyle Noseworthy had spent years sharpening, restoring, repairing, and studying knives from around the world.
What began with a passion for the outdoors and traditional craftsmanship naturally evolved into building premium handcrafted knives. Today, every knife is still made entirely in-house from our workshop in rural Newfoundland, Canada—one at a time, with no outsourcing and no shortcuts.

Pictured above is the entire set of KN Knives production models, from the very first (Bakeapple) released in 2018, to the Bakeapple XL that was released late 2025. Although the handle layout and materials are unique to this set, all other knife details including dimensions, blade grinds, blade finishes, fullers, jimping, notches, represent what is most typical for the particular model.
My hope is that a side-by-side comparison of each model as presented here will help you choose your new knife as a better informed customer.
Note about the set:
This set was ordered by a beloved client and friend in Alberta, Canada, and will be displayed in a handcrafted KN Knives display cabinet by order of production. This client has a standing order for all new KN Knives production knife releases, to be crafted in this exact design, to add to the display.
Please note:
KN Knives is very active in designing and developing new models that will improve the arsenal available to clients who need tools that work hard, and fit their own lifestyles and adventures. Knives are tools, and KN Knives are built with purpose.
With that said, this set of 13 production models will consistently grow, is ever-changing, and does not currently represent the entirety of KN Knives production line-up as of summer 2026.
