Collectors Series
Knife maker and craftsman, Kyle Noseworthy, has crafted nearly two thousand blades to date, each by hand, meticulously carved, ground, filed, stamped, sanded, sharpened, and sheathed.
Although all KN Knives are built to the same premium standard, some blades stand apart in design and uniqueness, caliber of materials, and exclusivity.
From here on, these limited edition KN Knives build projects and sets will be known as the "Collectors Series", set apart, distinct, and limited. Each piece and set will be documented, numbered, and photographed.

Design Concept & Philosophy
As one of the most challenging projects of my career, a couple came to me with the concept of building a "two become one" ceremonial dagger, to be used in their wedding ceremony. This knife actually separates into two useable knives, and were worn by each person during the start of the ceremony, posing tremendous design challenges. During the ceremony, the couple each unsheathed their knife, bringing them together into one complete masterpiece, symbolic of their union.

Tough Ombres'
Design Concept & Philosophy
This commemorative piece was built on the Warrior chassis that has been crafted by KN Knives since 2021. The Warrior is a substantial knife, built for the toughest of tasks, a near-indestructible tool fit for a Warrior!
This highly customized Warrior and leather sheath commemorate the WWII service of Pierre Calonne. Raised in French colonial Martinique, in early 1943 Calonne deserted the Nazi-collaborating Vichy French Army by sailboat with three political dissident companions to join the Free French forces under Charles DeGaulle. Known as one of the “500 Rebels for France,” Calonne became a Second Lieutenant at the wartime-reconstituted Saint-Cyr in Ribbesford House, located near Bewdley in Worcestershire, England (“École Militaire des Cadets de la France Combattante”). Calonne was assigned as a liaison officer with the United States Army 90th Infantry Division. The 90th originally hailed from Texas and Oklahoma, leading to their wartime moniker -- Tough ‘Ombres.
Calonne landed on Utah Beach shortly after D-Day with the 357th Regiment of the 90th. His first significant combat came during the Battle of the Falaise Gap in which the Allies delivered a crushing blow to German forces retreating from Normandy. Calonne later saw service at the Battle of the Bulge and in Holland. He was wounded twice in combat, awarded a Bronze Star and nominated for a Silver Star shortly before the war’s end. Years later, Calonne recounted that his only personally meaningful medal was the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, an award reserved for those men who were personally and actively engaged in combat under hostile fire.
The commemorative Warrior recognizes Calonne’s combat service with medallions from the Free French Forces and Tough ‘Ombres, precision inlaid on beautiful polished burl wood. This unique piece also includes ornate tang filing and custom blade markings, highlighted by a mirror polished saber grind.

The Scottish 'Dirk' is a well-known combat dagger from centuries past, now more often seen as a ceremonial piece worn as a part of Scottish Highland dress.
Built for a client residing in Ontario, Canada, this piece was crafted to match his 'sgian-dubh' that was crafted by KN Knives at an earlier date.

Design Concept & Philosophy
The Remembrance Puukko.
This very special project has been discussed since early 2025. The Puukko is a fantastic and historical design in it's own right, with it's practical edge geometry, dimensions, and signature brass bolster. Where this project really differs, is in it's artistic design work and commemoration of Armistice day, known as Veterans Day in the USA, Remembrance Day in Canada. This knife will be a tribute, and a somber reflection of all that was sacrificed for the privileges we hold dear today.
KN Knives will do its very best to honor this special occasion, with an heirloom-quality collectors piece, timeless.

Design Concept & Philosophy
(“BEE-oth-uck") This all-around camp, food prep, and woodcraft knife celebrates the lost indigenous peoples of Newfoundland in its design and utility. Built on a sturdy 3/16” 01 tool steel blank custom hardened to 58-60 HRC, the Beothuk features natural materials like 5,000-year-old certified Bog Oak and local antler, along with brass and traditional red ochre liners and spacers.
With a 6.5” blade and multi-grip handle for slicing or heavy chopping, the Beothuk uses a tapered flat grind backed up by a heavy 3/16” spine. In order to allow heavy all-purpose crushing, breaking or tactical use, the Beothuk carries an exposed tang and lanyard hole, The multi-grip handle has room for choking up to execute detailed carving or slicing, as well as a secondary rear grip position for heavier work.
