KN Knives oldest production model knife, the Bakeapple, is our all-time best selling model. This pattern is beloved, and used by clients all over the world, in almost every scenario imaginable. 
 
Now, after popular request, we have the Bakeapple XL. We took the knife that you all know and love, and upscaled it.
From the original 6" OAL, the Bakeapple XL sits at approximately 7.25" OAL, while still keeping the classic lines and Bakeapple ratio of 1:1 handle: blade.
From the original 1/8" tang, the Bakeapple XL uses a whopping 3/16" stock, making it nearly indestructible.
